CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time to avoid losing your deposit (50% of the service booked). No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. You will receive a text message 72 hours before to confirm your appointment, followed by another courtesy reminder text 24 hours before the appointment. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment. Clients with multiple cancellations and rescheduling may be blocked from future bookings.
